Membership is based on four (4) classifications:
1. Student Member - BSN Students (Php 100/year)
2. Basic Member - New RNs (Php 300/year)
3. Regular Member - Post-graduate with degree research works (Php 500/year)
4. Advance Member - Experts (research mentors, published works in journals, research project management - Php 500/year)
